Shipping and insurance is not included in the price of the item. Unless the price is listed at the bottom of the items description. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Larger items will be sent through freight companies or Greyhound bus. Smaller items will be sent USPS and by UPS or FED-EX. For all chairs and other large item purchased there will be an additional $10 charge for a sturdy box and packing material. Some items that are too large to ship by UPS may be able to ship by Greyhound Bus. We will ship some items worldwide as long as you are willing to pay for the high cost of overseas shipping. We only use Bax Global for chairs and for medium sized objects. If the items are small enough to be sent through the USPS we will use them. Sorry, we have a no return policy.
